Twelve years ago I left my "real job" to venture into the world of self employment! I hung my shingle out as "Katrina Kennedy Training" and didn't look back. I've had the opportunity to work with thousands of great people helping them to understand each other more and to maneuver the crazy work world.
I have a couple of degrees from a couple of universities. I have provided programs to A LOT of organizations and am still constantly learning.
In class I often ask people to ask me what they want to know about me. And some of the most popular questions?
- Do you have a pet?
- What is your favorite movie?
- How did you end up doing what you are doing?
- What was your most embarrassing moment?
And my new favorite, "When was your first kiss?"

Okay, for those of you who have read this far, you probably are looking for more detail! Katrina Kennedy Training was established in January 1997 with the name Dynamics Management Consulting. After relocating to Sacramento in 2001, I changed the name to Katrina Kennedy Training to target what I am really passionate about.
I have a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Development from Chapman University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of California at Riverside.
I am a member of American Society of Training & Development.
